Eligibility Check
Asylum/Refugee Protection:
If you have fled your country due to a well-founded fear of persecution (based on race, religion, nationality, social group or political opinion), you may apply for asylum. We can assist you in asylum applications and appeals to support your case.
Family/Private Life (Article 8):
You may qualify if you have strong family or private life ties in the UK — such as a British spouse, a settled child, or long residence. Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights protects the right to private and family life, though it is not absolute. The Home Office will balance your personal circumstances against the public interest. Even if you are overstaying, Article 8 can allow you to remain on human rights and compassionate grounds.
Medical/Psychological Grounds (Article 3):
If you have a serious medical condition that cannot be treated in your home country, or if you have been a victim of torture, trafficking or severe abuse, returning you could breach Article 3. We work with medical experts and NGOs to document such claims.
Challenging Deportation, Bail Refusal or Visa Refusal:
If you have a deportation order issued against you or your visa has been refused or curtailed, we can help you for further steps on your case, including but not limited to remaining legal in the UK and be compliant with UK Immigration Laws. Our Legal expert can assist you in Administrative Review, Appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal and Bail Applications.
Application & Appeal Process
Case Assessment:
We start with a detailed consultation to understand your circumstances and advise you on the best possible solution for your case.
Submit to UKVI or Tribunal:
We guide you through submitting your application to UKVI or lodging your appeal with the Tribunal, ensuring all deadlines are met. We organize and present your evidence in the required format.
Representation at Hearing:
If an appeal hearing is scheduled, our specialist lawyer, Mr. Raza will represent you at the hearing personally, examine any witnesses, and present your case before Immigration Judge.
Decision and Next Steps:
We review any decision or notice from UKVI or the Tribunal carefully. If the outcome is positive, we explain the implications and next steps (such as applying for leave to remain). If refused, we advise on potential options (further appeal or administrative review, if applicable) and help you proceed as appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I apply for asylum from abroad?
Typically, asylum applications must be made in the UK or at a UK border. If you are outside the UK, you may need to travel legally (such as on a visitor visa) before applying. Contact us for advice on the safest approach.
Q: What if my spouse or children are at risk too?
Family members may be included in a human rights claim. For example, a child’s right to family life in the UK can strengthen a parent’s claim. We work to protect your whole family by including dependents where possible.
Q: How long does an appeal take?
First-tier Tribunal appeals can take several weeks or months to be listed for hearing. Home Office decisions on initial applications can also be lengthy. We will keep you informed of expected timelines and strive to expedite your case where possible.
